The material TerTex is used on all kites CrazyFly 2023. It is twice as strong as our triple ripstop Triplex and at the same time TerTex is forty percent lighter than the Dacron material we use. Applied to all side struts, wingtips and the center strut of all CrazyFly 2023 kites, TerTex drastically reduces the weight of the kite. Lighter kites have better low range, move faster through the air, are easier to relaunch, and turn faster. The TerTex also increases wind range, as low end performance is increased, with the lighter kite still being able to fly in lower winds.

Brand new and exclusive to CrazyFly, we've introduced the Triplex, the most advanced ripstop material on the market. Triplex has by far the best strength-to-weight ratio and, thanks to its triple coating, its durability is unmatched. The coating protects the fabric from UV rays, salt and abrasive objects, such as sand. The triple coating and three ripstop yarns guarantee the lowest possible elongation and deterioration of the material to date.

Made of Arptex fabric: Enjoy your wing for years!

This fabric is at the top of abrasion-resistant polyamide textiles. This high-tech fabric made in Italy can withstand many contacts without being damaged. The official figure is 100,000 contacts with an abrasive surface before the material begins to deteriorate. That's why we chose Arptex as the most suitable material to protect kites CrazyFly in the most abused areas and increase the size of the Arptex shields.

Eco-friendly packaging

We are extremely proud to have over 98% of our product packaging made from recycled paper. Over the past few years we have worked hard on this and have replaced almost all plastic packaging with paper. All kites and boards have no plastic packaging and are delivered in recyclable boxes.
